What is involved in developing a strategy?
Our strategy process is iterative and we like you to be fully involved in the process through our discovery process and workshops.
The strategy will be developed in line with an understanding of where you are now, your business goals, strength of competition and opportunity.
In our initial phases of discovery our task is to learn everything we can about you and your business, how you operate, the market you operate in, your products and of course your customers.
We dig into the data and analytics to build up a detailed picture of what works and what doesn’t. We take a good look at the competitor landscape and understand the opportunity available.
You are experts in your area; in this workshop our aim is to discover important information about your customers, their habits and touchpoints with your business.
A high-level strategy provides a roadmap for each marketing channel. We create a tailored plan based on learnings from the workshop and audits.
