From humble beginnings

Founded in 2013, Gareth and Tim used their agency backgrounds to create something new.

The objective was to bring together all the benefits of a large agency whilst retaining the agility and culture of a small business.

Our evolution has seen us grow into the number one Shopify performance agency in Yorkshire. Next stop - number one in the UK!

February 2022

We've rebranded to Herd to further our expansion plans and mission to 'Grow Shopify Giants'.

January 2022

Ryan Saltmer joins the board of directors to head up digital strategy,& develop our proposition.

Moved into our first office (Gareth's Garage).

Meta are appointed to work with WED2B - a partnership which helps grow the brand to 50+ stores across Europe.

We hire our first employee - exciting times as we lay the foundations for our first award submissions.

The start of our exciting journey. Meta was registered with Companies house by Gareth and Tim on 21st June 2013.
